Account Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

Key Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Collaborate with Operations/Warehouse teams to create, modify, and present data from Excel used for operations performance
• Develop, implement, and monitor inventory strategies to continually improve efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, quality, and growth
• Manage existing account relationships and develop initiatives for incremental business growth and success
• Consistently communicate, stay responsive, and accountable to deadlines and requests from accounts
• Portfolio management for ongoing long-term projects
• Forge strong relationships with external business partners
• Utilize excellent communication skills to ensure business retention and revenue growth
• Coordinate all client-focused administrative activities pertaining to sales ops initiatives
• Responsible for assisting leadership in driving operational excellence and analytics

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar role managing multiple accounts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in IT industry a plus, particularly in the hardware space
• Strong attention to detail, utilizing personal organizational processes
• Independent worker who excels in tackling new challenges
• Highly motivated, always thinking about potential business growth opportunities
