Junior Developer

At Sturgeon Technology Solutions, we help our customers by providing technological solutions for their environments. We help by storing and configuring new and used products and disposing of equipment that has reached end of life. To that end, we have created an in-house application that provides inventory management, distribution, and reporting to meet our customer's needs. The Sturgeon team is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to assist in the development, maintenance, and testing of the in-house system.

Responsibilities

• Follow team guidelines for quality and consistency within the design and development phases of the application
• Be able to create software tests, verify the functionality and quality of the software.
• Create design documentation for new software development and subsequent versions.
• Follow company software development processes and standards as instructed

Knowledge and Experience

• Ability to write and debug JavaScript, CSS, Html, and C#
• Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries
• Experience with GIT source control
• Problem solver with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to work remotely using Microsoft Teams
