Responsibilities
- Receive and process email notifications for incoming product
- Receive and process tracking updates from customers
- Resolve unidentified product to be received
- Assist with inventory management
- Create Vendor PO (Work Orders)
- Print PO Receiver for receiving team
- Follow tracking, keep up with arriving shipments ensuring they get received into proper PO
- Follow up on daily receipts looking for discrepancy and correcting as needed
- Completing Inventory bin audits as needed
Required Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Consistent follow-through; list maker, task master, independent minded with ability to manage responsibilities and report on project status
- Experience working in Microsoft systems such as outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Preferred - purchasing or inventory experience
