Sales Support Director

At Sturgeon Technology Solutions, we manage customer-owner hardware. We inventory it, store it, image it, wipe it, spare it, kit it, resell it, ship it, destroy it, recycle it. You name it, we do it.

Sturgeon Technology Solutions is looking for a director level sales professional who is highly experienced in the IT hardware space. This position will report directly to the COO.

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with Operations/Warehouse teams to create, modify, and present data from Excel used for sales and operations performance

-Develop, implement, and monitor inventory strategies to continually improve efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, quality, and growth

-Manage existing account relationships and develop initiatives for incremental business growth and success

-Portfolio management for on-going long-term projects

-Forge strong relationships with external business partners

-Utilize excellent communication skills to ensure business retention and revenue growth

-Supervise and lead the Sales support team

Required Qualifications:

-10+ years' experience, preferably in Technology Sales, Operations, or related role

-Master problem solver who thinks outside the box

-Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to present ideas and solutions

-Multitasker and big picture thinker

-Strong leadership/mentorship skills are a must

*This is not a remote position and will be performed at the Alpharetta, GA office. Travel is possible, but minimal.
