Summary

Sturgeon Technology Solutions is looking for a skilled sales and project management professional to join our hard working, entrepreneurial spirited team. The right candidate will be able to generate revenue, identify market potential, initiate sales processes, close new accounts, manage existing customers, and contribute positively to the growth of the business. Additionally, the best candidate for this position is someone who consistently puts the customer's satisfaction above all else and is willing to go the extra mile to develop strong and purposeful relationships.

Responsibilities

-Sales and Customer Support

• Consistently demonstrate productive account engagement to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Develop and utilize brand appropriate sales collateral to educate prospective customers on Sturgeon's offered services and solutions
• Identify new service opportunities within existing customer accounts to maintain strong working relationships and grow the business
• Work closely with key decision makers within established accounts to understand how we as a company can provide the highest quality support
• Utilize Salesforce to manage all accounts

-Logistics and Project Management

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure exceptional service and timely management of all projects
• Act as a main point of contact, provide project updates, and maintain progressive relationships with customers
• Use Microsoft Excel to check inventory and project statuses
• Develop, execute, and manage well organized project timelines to consistently deliver high quality service to customers
• Work closely with management team to properly align strategies and priorities to drive revenue and diversify client portfolio 
• Utilize internal system to create and send reports

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of inside sales and/or project management experience in the technology industry
• Excellent problem solver with solution-based mindset
• Excellent ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred but not required
• Experience using Excel and other Microsoft applications required
• Must be a self-starter with a personal drive to directly impact the growth and development of the business
